2012 Major - A Champions

Despite getting defeated by the Junior Athletics in the round robin portion of the tournament, the Rebels were able to bounce back in the Championship final to get revenge over the Junior Athletics. The top ranked team throughout the season, went 4-1 on the weekend and capped off their season with a 10-3 victory against that same Junior Athletics team who defeated them in the round robin portion of the tournament. The Junior Athletics trailed 2-1 after 40 minutes, but were able to tie the game up just 90 seconds into third period. But that is as close as they could get, as the Rebels scored six consecutive goals in just over nine minutes to get out to an insurmountable 8-2 lead before the teams traded late third period goals.
